Jean-Michel Breul, Chief Technology Officer
Jean-Michel Breul is responsible for ORSYP’s product development, global support, and technical sales. He was previously R&D director for ORSYP, during which time he opened Technology Centers in Montreal, Canada, and Bucharest, Romania. In his current role he oversees the R&D activities and operational aspects of these Technology Centers, as well as the Technology Center in France, while driving the long-term strategy for product development. Jean-Michel Breul has more than a decade of experience in developing IT infrastructure and business application software. He holds a Master’s degree in engineering from Ecole Centrale in Paris.

Mark Fletcher, Chief Marketing Officer
Mark Fletcher, Chief Marketing Officer, brings over 20 years of broad experience in the IT Operations Management software market and is responsible for strategic marketing activities and global communications.
Most recently Fletcher was Senior Vice President of worldwide marketing for UC4, leading the product integration and marketing communications activities following the merger with AppWorx Corporation. Prior to this merger he had been Managing Director of AppWorx Europe for seven years, successfully leading the European expansion of this North American company.
Formerly Fletcher was UK Country Manager at Macro 4 plc and with them served in other technical, sales and management roles that span across the spectrum of the IT Operations Management software industry.

Vincent Geffray, Technical Account Manager
Vincent Geffray has served more than a decade in the ITOM industry, working for Unilog (Logica) before joining ORSYP. As a Technical Account Manager, Vincent has worked extensively with ORSYP’s North American customers, including Cisco, Philips, FedEx, GE, Warner Brothers, and Ocean Spray. He has spoken at multiple industry conferences, specializing in topics such as mission critical business applications and workload automation. Vincent holds Masters Degrees in both computer science and mechanical engineering. Vincent cites flying as one of his favorite hobbies.

Bruno is a Principal at ORSYP. He has more than 20 years of experience working in the IT space, having performed roles in research and development, technical support, post-sales consulting and IT operations management consulting for more than 10 years. He is an ITIL expert and an ISO 20000 auditor.

Gérald Audenis brings more than 12 years of ITOM experience to the ORSYP team, having previously worked with a variety of companies including Pfizer, Total, Arkema, Stanley, DCNS, and AXA. His career at ORSYP has consisted of roles such as consulting director, customer support manager, and R&D project manager. As an industry expert, Gérald has spoken at multiple conferences including itSMF’s annual conference and ORSYPs Casablanca, Geneva, and Paris seminars. He is also a published writer, having authored numerous papers across the ITOM industry on IT Management, ITIL, BiSL, and eSCM-SP. He holds Masters Degrees from both the Ecole Centrale de Paris (France), and the Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden). Gerald was once the assistant to the sound engineer on “The Price Is Right”.
